Review on Now Designs Extra Large Apron, Pinstripe Granite by Veronica Toledo

I bought this granite pinstripe apron. I tested it with a metal tape measure right out of the box at 38 inches long and 38 inches wide (measured from the top edge of the bib to the bottom and centered at pocket level). However, it shrunk after just one wash (washing in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble drying for 5 minutes on gentle cycle with a fabric softener sheet)! Despite using a fabric softener cloth, the apron came out of the dryer very stiff and wrinkled, so I steamed it. After all the wrinkles were gone, I measured it again. *Measures now just 35" long and 37" wide* (using the same measurement points). Since the apron is well made, I love the color and it still fits me quite well despite shrinkage - and I don't hate ironing - I keep it to myself. However, losing a full 3 inches in length can mean more for some, so I thought I'd share that information.
