There are no instructions included but it's easy once you figure it out

The stud for the tee screws into the lower part of the rod part of the tee. It's screwed on tightly, so at first it looks like it won't come loose. I took the pliers and unscrewed them slightly. You need to pull it out all the way and then slide it through the hole in the base of the tee. The bolt goes into the hole at the bottom of the tee, which keeps it from turning, so you can then screw the bolt that goes into the tee's bar. Then tighten everything
