If everything is plugged into the stabilizer (1 kilowatt) - everything is the same. Bottom line: I determined that the stabilizer has very wide sockets for the plug and ordinary plugs almost do not hold in them, which leads to unstable contact and, as an option, there is its own stabilizer in the res (not exactly) and they cannot work stable with each other. The old surge protector - old and broken - needs to be changed. I connected the res and the TV just to the outlet - an hour passed, everything seems to be working) I climbed a bunch of forums and did not find anything even similar to my problem anywhere.
