Review on YAMAHA RX-V4A 🎡 5.2 Channel AV Receiver, Black by Stanislaw Wysocki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

Bought. Brought home. Connected. Included HD clips from YouTube. I experienced pure excitement. There is something to compare, before that there was a res Pioneer vsx 521. Yamaha without options is cooler. But . After working for about an hour, the receiver began to turn off by itself, literally for a split second and immediately turn on. So it's impossible to listen to or watch anything. Began to think, weed out options. Was tormented all day. Took it in for service the next day. A few days later they called me from there and said that they could not find a malfunction and allowed a replacement with the same one. A few days later I took the second res from the store. I came home, plugged it in, turned on the music and . everything is the same. Turn off TV and sound. I sinned on the HDMI cable - I tried with three other cables - nothing helped. I bought other wires to speakers with a cross section of 2.5 squares - zero effect. I bought a voltage stabilizer - nothing. Using the method of scientific poke, I determined that if the receiver and the TV set are plugged into the surge protector (old) - shutdowns occur in unequal periods of time. If everything is plugged into the stabilizer (1 kilowatt) - everything is the same. Bottom line: I determined that the stabilizer has very wide sockets for the plug and ordinary plugs almost do not hold in them, which leads to unstable contact and, as an option, there is its own stabilizer in the res (not exactly) and they cannot work stable with each other. The old surge protector - old and broken - needs to be changed. I connected the res and the TV just to the outlet - an hour passed, everything seems to be working) I climbed a bunch of forums and did not find anything even similar to my problem anywhere. So it was not about the "reel" .) The sound is amazing (for me, I'm not a music lover). Picture too) I advise! weight)

Pros
  • The sound is WOW!
Cons
  • Capricious food res.
