Good for treadmill running
This came as a surprise to me as I have tiny feet and kids shoes they suck! They have a little more support than kids, but not much, so I wouldn't recommend them unless you have really high arches. My only complaint is the lateral center of the insole. It's a little higher than what I'm used to and I feel like it should be a little lower. However, they are very breathable and lightweight. Check it out for sure.
