I was keen to find good, workable hydroponic solutions for my small home. I have an AeroGarden that has space for 9 plants. When I received it it came with herbs that grew great. I then bought their replacement pods planted on top of lettuce - that worked too, but I found the lettuce grows so fast that the kratki method (no water movement) works better. This little bubbler is set in a paint bucket - not a big one, just a regular plastic paint bucket - with a sturdy cucumber plant growing in the feed water. I find that bubblers work well for stronger plants in hydroponics. Tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers are fruiting plants that love the extra oxygenation of the water, and this bubbler works well in my bucket of healthy cucumbers that are growing, blooming, and growing little donuts!
