Interesting material, Very strong
I didn't know what to expect when I bought this. From the photo it is difficult to say what exactly the material is. It looks like a hair tie, with a center elastic and a fabric/thread coating, but is actually thin and stiffer than one. I bought this in hopes of using it as an elastic for some of the masks I make. It's a bit difficult, but I think it will work!
