Take out your deep conditioner after use, but it's great for a super clean twice a month. Ideal for itchy, dandruff-prone scalps. Also great to use before coloring. Removes residue from styling products and leaves hair perfectly colored. You definitely need to use a really good conditioner or mask afterwards. On the recommendation of my hairdresser, I would not use more than 2 times a month. Good product.
