Review on Unleash the Magic: Masters Universe Grayskull Storytelling Collectors Spotlight by Mike Betzing

Almost perfect, disappointing exclusives not included.

Almost perfect, just like the original. I bought 2 of these, one for the baby and one for me. I had one as a kid and I remember this toy very well. This new retro-inspired Lock playset offers many quality improvements, but unlike its original counterpart, it lacks many elements such as: B. the extra guns galore that came with the 1980s original. The improved cardboard to plastic cutouts are a huge improvement. However, Mattel chose to forego this and reconvert the originally included cardboard robot into a fully articulated figure, offered only as a convention exclusive along with the additional parts that come with this playset, making the purchase incomplete; despite the included version of the Sorceress figure. The sculpt on the playset is also less organic and much cleaner compared to the original. It lacks that mysterious and intrusive look and is more like a medieval castle. Maybe if they added some darker colors it would give it the vibe and tone it lacks. In summary, this toy is a great addition for those of us who grew up playing and collecting this line, with some minor frustrations, and introduced our kids to what the Masters of the Universe were like and what they're sadly new media will now. Production.
