Review on Anesty by James Cross

My expectations for the Anesty online store were great, yet I was left feeling let down. Although they provide a wide variety of arts, crafts, and sewing materials, the quality of their products is subpar. I ordered some paints online, but they arrived dry and useless. Some things even arrived broken due to inadequate wrapping. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of service to customers. I tried to contact them to make things right, but their answer was delayed and I didn't feel like they were listening to me. In general, I did not enjoy shopping at the Anesty online store. Even if their website is simple to use and their pricing are fair, the low quality of their products and support completely negate any advantages. I won't be shopping here again and would advise people to go elsewhere for their art material need.
