Review on AlfaPeople Ltd by Christopher Bates

This application has been able to help us organize our sales process. With this software we can track all conversations, proposals submitted and follow up tasks for each lead that comes through until they are closed or abandoned by the prospect. In general it's easy enough to use but sometimes I feel like there should be an option to have multiple tabs open so you don't lose your place when navigating between different leads. It helps me keep organized information about my contacts and manage projects effectively which makes communication easier overall.
