We tested many urine odor eliminators. Most of them are just a cover. A day later the smell was back. Some of the "guaranteed" products that work fail terribly. We love that it works on multiple surfaces, unlike most they only work on hard surfaces. In fact, we find many uses for it. Recently the kittens killed a mouse in the guest room (it was awkward to see). It seems that Kitty hid some of the dead under the carpet and they lay there for several days. The mess was quickly cleared up. We leave the more stubborn smells a little longer. In some cases it seems to respond to the issue by churning up a bit, like blood/pee, so we know we've covered the entire area and haven't missed a spot we didn't see. Had to wash the blood off the stair carpet recently due to another mouse accident. Since we have a lot of pets, we're glad that after an endless supply of products, we find something that works most of the time.
