No no no! - Camera and photo

I do not give stars. There is no QR code on the product to scan as the instructions say, and the ID number was very sloppily handwritten on the instruction booklet. Normally this wouldn't be such a big deal, but this code is needed to set up the lamp camera in the app on your phone. Spent several hours trying to guess what that ID# might be. In the end I just declined and got a refund. The only consolation is that the money was returned to my gift card very quickly!
