The purchase brought only positive emotions.
I reanimated an ancient but good laptop from DELL, replaced the old hard drive and seemed to snap into place, but it was not detected in the system - I thought I would have to dance with a tambourine, mark the disk manually. The problem turned out to be that it almost reaches the connector - apparently the old sled was made with a small margin, a piece of paper folded four times solved this jamb.
- Works with older devices without a tambourine
- When installed on a standard sled, the old laptop does not reach the SATA connector, I had to put a piece of paper.
