I don't usually write such glowing reviews, but these pillows are amazing; especially, when you consider the price. When I first got them out of the vacuum pack, I was disappointed. They were flat and ugly. Within a day, they were thick and hard. True to the advertising, all you have to do to make them individually perfect is unzip them and pull out as much stuffing as you want. If you like a thick hard pillow, they're perfect as is. In my case, I pulled out a few handfuls and now they are medium firm and thick. Absolutely the best pillows I have ever purchased.and I've bought a lot of expensive pillows over the years trying to find one as good as these. It's only been a month, but even if they only last a year, I'll buy them again. At this price, they are worth it!
