I needed simple skateboard style shoes with black rubber sole, so I was very excited when I found these for less than $40. I like the looks. The fit is pretty accurate for the size 12 I usually wear. Comfort enough for everyday shoes. If you actually rode in them I don't think they would be particularly durable. The main thing I have is that they are not that breathable. I already have sweaty feet and the faux suede upper doesn't help. If you look at the attached picture you can see where the salt collects around each little hole that the steam is desperately trying to get out of. I would consider it another hit if you actually rode in these shoes. Although it's annoying, I still really like the look of the shoes, so I still wear them regularly and only have to clean them often to get rid of salt buildup.
