What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

As soon as they brought the vacuum cleaner, turned it on - it works very well. Then sat charging. Connected to the station - nothing happens and there is no information anywhere about what to do! I called fire support - they said that the indicator should blink. Now we are wasting time on the return - it is very inconvenient. aliexpress support does not respond.

There is no detailed instruction manual. No information about in what position to install the charging station, whether the indicator should flash when charging, how many hours it takes to charge, how to operate!
