As a former school nurse, the children came in every day with constant scabs in their noses. It didn't end: scabs, scabies, bleeding, scabs, scabies, etc. Nose Better is the ONLY OTC drug that "fixes" this cycle and has a slight tingling and camphor smell, but is very effective. Not cheap but absolutely worth it!
