You will receive a sealed container with attached instructions in a plastic bag that says "Read before opening, no returns once container is opened." It's nice to know that now before you open. I had several small projects in different locations that I wanted to cover. Now that I know this I have to wait for all the projects to finish and then drive from one place to another to paint them once the bucket opens. If I had been warned before purchasing I would have made an informed decision. They hid it on purpose and gave it a lot of importance when I opened the box on arrival. If not, maybe I would use something else for those little things and buy their product for other things in the future. Now I will avoid them at all costs. If I can't trust them as honest sellers, why should I trust their paint not to burn?
