This is the second replacement
I sent it back the first time and it came with a big scratch on the front. I return and they send it to me again. This time I opened it and thought everything was fine. My eyes are the best so I didn't notice it had a huge scratch in the wrong place where the paint had come off, but you noticed when you started the install today. Really disappointed with the quality. The gray color is a cold tone, not the same as the picture. Doesn't match my kitchen color scheme. I literally HATE THIS PRODUCT!
