I love that it allows me create my own templates for use in emails, so we never have issues matching our branding across different channels or departments; plus there are loads of great add-ons available as well! Sometimes when using some other software (that isn't DSR) can be difficult if not impossible - but thankfully these problems don’t exist within DSr since integration has been seamless between platforms over many years now!! Having worked at another organisation where email was used heavily throughout their business process/ workflow management system wasn´ t working due too much inconsistency / lack luster design etc., hence why i went down route 2 above instead ;-) Great product overall though just wish certain things were slightly easier e g auto reply function could send replies straight back via SMS text messages rather than having two separate steps required before sending an actual.
