Wonderful jug for the traditional kitchen

Simple, clean traditional style. The body thickness is designed for continuous use. Sauerkraut recipes are as easy as cabbage and salt. The stone weight is ideal for keeping the cabbage submerged during fermentation. The overflow rim is very useful if you initially filled it too high. The icing on the jar is strong and of good quality, making it very easy to clean and store. Very happy with this product!
