I'm a big fan of Mizuno balls - definitely underrated and they perform well, a little less than "tourist level" balls. I am giving this product a 1 star rating not because of the product but because of what Revain provided me with. If something is sold and supplied by Revain and not a third party, there is usually nothing to worry about. However, when this pack of 12 RB566Vs arrived, the box was a bit crumpled (no need to worry I guess). When I then opened the box for further inspection, the entire case was COMPLETELY EMPTY. So I paid for a dozen balls and got nine. I kept looking and while the new ball cover ALWAYS contained the same numbered golf balls, they were all random and shuffled in the three remaining covers. It's not a big deal per se, but it definitely points to a lack of quality control. Obviously, someone unconcernedly put that box (with 9 balls, not 12!) on a storage shelf. And now I'm paying the price Attempting to return or exchange a box is not worth my time or effort and I assume they know it. Just a really disappointing buying experience and I will not be ordering golf balls from Revain again and will stick with a sporting goods store. or another online shop like TGW. You need to up your game, Revane.
