Looks cool: nail polish

I'm not quite sure about the general idea yet. Seems easy enough and the 8 year old daughter already knows how to do it. I'm obviously new to this and have no idea because I bought the powder refills and not the entire kit. But I just got it in the mail today. She seems smitten with it, as am I after seeing if it glows in the dark. I'll probably add another review after editing
