This is just my experience
For some reason when I used these they made my tongue swell and get sore around the piercing I have had my tongue pierced for 15 years & never had that happen as soon as I took it out and put my other ring back in it stopped and swelling was gone the next day but my tongue had to heal for 4 days I had a big knot in it. Just my experience though maybe I'm just sensitive to the Jewelry or didn't read up enough on it to see if it was plated.

- BAD. HARD TO SCREW ON, ALMOST SWALLOWED WHEN IT WAS IN. IT CAME APART.
