When opening a large box containing a range of items. We have already smelled the product. When we removed the other items from the box, we found that the thin white box containing the shampoo and conditioner was "out of shape" and open at the top. We weren't surprised because it looks more like a boring and cheap gift box than anything to deal with shipping errors. The cap of the shampoo popped out and there were probably a dozen doses of the product. basically in a box. That's why the smell was so strong. We were relieved to find that clutter was minimal and could be easily cleaned up. Apart from plastic bottles, there is no additional packaging in the product, just a gift box. The product feels great and smells fantastic. We have high hopes for the rest of the product.
