I bought this larger size because the smaller size was too small. I would like a size in between two sizes as it is too big. As for the product itself, I bought these to see if they would help with sleeping or at least relaxing. I was a bit skeptical, but my skepticism was not realized. Like many people, I work on the computer and put them on my glasses around 5pm and when night falls I'm much more relaxed. When I take them off after a few hours of wear, the lighting is really "hard" even in the dim light, not necessarily bright but just a little "overwhelming" - hard to explain but maybe others have had this experience too . For me, this isn't a magic bullet for sleep. Although I feel much more relaxed towards the night than when I don't wear them, I can't say that I fall asleep more easily, but the relaxation effect in itself is good. As with most things, I suspect different people will get different results, but for the price I think they're probably worth trying.
