I was looking forward to shopping at COOFANDY because of the high quality of their clothing, shoes, and jewelry; however, my encounter with the company left me feeling extremely let down. To begin with, the quality of the items I got was below what I had anticipated. Shoes were uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes, and the suits and sport coats I purchased looked cheap and poorly made. Second, I had a negative and unhelpful experience with customer support when I tried to voice my concerns. It was obvious that they did not care about me as a client or how satisfied I was. In sum, my encounter with COOFANDY has left me unable to endorse it. Although they offer a wide variety of goods, the quality and support are lacking. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
