Installed last August, same day I received my order. The original OEM brackets lasted 5.5 years. The dishwasher runs about twice a week. On September 11th, the dishwasher is unloaded and the upper basket breaks onto the dishes below. Complete failure of one bracket with broken reel mount, the other side bracket is partially destroyed. Fortunately, the dishes were not damaged, but the washing machine could not be used for several days. It was used for around 12.5 months before the failure. If you do the math between this and the OEM parts, you may find that the OEM is cheaper.
