Bought this for Christmas, ordered it a few weeks ago, unfortunately, when it was shipped, it was supposed to be 5 boxes, but only 2 boxes made it. I called the transport company, they said it was not on the semi, I called JumpSport and talked to April. She was outstanding. She checked with the warehouse, their records show it was on the semi, however she went ahead and resent the 3 boxes needed the next day. She was more concerned than I was about it arriving before Christmas, she called the next day to let me know the update. The boxes arrived before Christmas.Just finished assembling it, still have to put the mat and safety net. So far so good. No issues, extremely sturdy. Great instruction. Weighs nearly 650 lbs. The bounce is incredible, does not even compare to standard trampolines. I has more bounce than I will ever use. Really like the rectangular design.Can't say enough about how friendly and easy to contact April of Jumpsport is. The trampoline is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Quality products are hard to find, and quality people ever harder. Jumpsport Alleyoop power bounce is the way to go.Thanks again April.
