These bulbs provide excellent light for sconces with attached shades. They are the same size as regular bulbs, so the clip-on lampshade fits just right. The color temperature is ideal for washbasins. I bought 8 lamps, I needed 6. One lamp started flashing after a month. Write to CRlight and within 6 hours you will receive a reply that they will send a replacement. As with any mass-produced product, by purchasing another one you must expect initial failures. CRlight's customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend these lamps for the quality of light output, color and customer service. UPDATE: I had error 1 of 8. Emailed to CRLight. Today, after 5 days, I received not one but 4 replacements. Exceptional company and customer service. Any light I need in the future I will buy from CRLight if the company sells it.
