Tasty and easy to mix. It's a little pricey, but not so much that it really matters. High quality and widely regarded as one of the most reliable formulas. Have been using this and the gold standard for quite some time. I mainly use this for post-workout recovery because I've found I'm less "late" after using it post-workout. I've tried other flavors but found the strawberry better (this is obviously personal opinion as your experience may vary). All in all a good cocktail with results I can really feel.
