The bag is great, the zippers are terrible.

I've had this bag for about a year and I really like it. But the zippers are of very poor quality. I can no longer close the upper part of the zipper - the zipper started to come apart at first, and now it has come loose from the guide and will not close anymore. Fortunately, the trunk can still be closed.
