Non-working keys Electronics

When I first ordered this keyboard the keyboard was amazing and it seemed like a good keyboard and mouse apart from the fact that at least 7 keys didn't work on the keyboard when it arrived . However, the company was very nice and sent a new one! It is very valuable and overall a good keyboard! Maybe a little clunky, but still good
