Suitable for my BMW 328Xi. I bought a used car and the key was missing and none of the previous owners documented the key code. After unsuccessful attempts to make a new key, I ordered this one. (Note: the locking lugs appear to be tool steel, so they'll cut the teeth of anything softer.) Tip: I had some thermoplastic material laying around and after heating it, I popped it into the locknut. After it cooled I took it out and used a fine tip marker and a magnifying glass to count the splines and then searched the internet for a reference code.
