Keyboard gets 5 stars but case barely deserves 1 star. The case doesn't fit properly no matter how you put it on a corner, it never fits or won't detach from the iPad. It never lines up with the side buttons, making them difficult to press when needed. It's not strong at all and can literally bend into a U shape. The keyboard is great! I received this because the latest IOS update has changed the touchscreen keyboard which makes it difficult to use if you have vision problems. This keyboard works well, connects easily, improves my efficiency and fits in my old case which is more secure. The only criticism I have of the keyboard is that it doesn't give any warnings before the battery dies, but when plugged in it works great when I need to keep typing. I can't figure out how to open the emoji options either, but I'm sure there is a way in the features somewhere. The backlighting is good, with a good range of colors and brightness, and also reminds you that the keyboard is on and using the battery when not in use.
