these bras are great! I bought a few pieces for specific outfits, but they work well for working out too! Surprisingly supportive without being overly restrictive anywhere. I don't have a shaped back, I'm a little plump on all sides but I don't get super plump in it, that's nice! The pads are nicely shaped and can be easily removed when you don't need them. (Photos with pads) Also, one bra started tearing after wearing it twice - I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond, help and quickly send me a replacement. I am very happy with this purchase! For reference, I'm 5'8, 160 lbs, 36" tall, average build.
