I live in a hot and humid place. Carrying a water bottle is almost essential for summer runs. It's good to have a bottle holder with phone pocket. This product is near perfect. I would give 4.5 if half stars were possible. I don't like a flat bottle or water bottle for two reasons: 1) It's hard to replace while carrying. You have to adapt the flat shape of the bottle to the shape of the sheath - this isn't always easy since it's behind you and you're running. A round bottle would be easier to replace in a round holder. 2) If the bottle were round like the ubiquitous bike-style water bottle, you could use different sizes of water bottles to meet your unique needs. I would use a larger bottle for longer runs and a smaller bottle for shorter runs. Whatever the case, I'm stuck with the included 16-ounce bottle. Bottom line, I use this product several times a week. I like it. Strap/carrying size is ok. However, every time I use it, I think they just missed the opportunity to create the perfect product.
