The most important thing I like about circle wise is its customer support team which helps me out whenever i need any help from them they are very helpful and friendly. It's easy for new users who have no idea of how it works but if you know then everything will be fine. There is nothing much that I dislike at this point because it has been working perfectly well since my last update with them. If there was anything that could improve upon would be their UI or UX design as sometimes when we click on something it takes time before it loads up properly so can make some mistakes while using the system. We use circlewise mainly for our CRM purposes where we keep track of leads and customers and also provide services to them through different channels such as email marketing etc.
