Just what I needed: my feedback
I got this to actually use with my resistance bands for at home door work outs.Knowing it's actually meant for gym cable machines I wasn't surprised when my resistance band carabiners were too small to latch on to the thick metal piece on the bar.
That was an easy fix though and I just used large carabiners and I was good to go.This is a solid bar, comfortable grip, and very versatile and portable that I can use it at home with my resistance bands or take it to the gym with me if I needed to.Solid piece of equipment!
- The rubber handle grip provides added comfort and support during exercises, reducing the strain on wrists and hands
- The pulley system is too loud and distracting in a quiet gym environment
