My experience with the business GownTown was less than stellar, despite the fact that the website presents itself as a potentially fruitful venue for purchasing women's clothing online. Despite the fact that they place a strong emphasis on providing high-quality products and responsive service to customers, I discovered several problems that make me reluctant to do business with them again. To begin, the prices that they charged for their products were not commensurate with the level of excellence that they offered. Although some of the items were of a reasonable quality, others had a flimsy and inexpensive feel to them. In addition, the prices were frequently higher than I would have anticipated paying for the degree of quality that was being offered. Second, although the representatives working in their customer service department were pleasant, they were not particularly helpful. They frequently responded to my inquiries with responses that were unclear or unhelpful, which left me feeling aggravated and dissatisfied with the service they provided. In conclusion, the process of shipment was sluggish and disorganized. My purchase arrived after the estimated delivery time, and there was one item that was missing from the package. When I contacted their customer service department, the representatives were sluggish to respond and, in the end, were not helpful in resolving the issue. GownTown is not a retailer that comes highly recommended from me. Their products are not worth the expensive cost that they are sold at, their customer service is subpar, and their method of shipment is unreliable. There are now better online stores accessible that offer products of higher quality and a higher level of service to customers at prices that are either comparable or lower.
