I've had one (or similar) for a while but it broke so I got rid of it and just cleaned the hob with safety razors. Then I bought a new one and I think my cleaning lady almost cried, she was so happy. Works much better and safer than using a safety razor. Also, it's MUCH easier to change the blade in it than what I had before - I actually had to google videos online to figure out how to change the blade in the last scraper I had. I have a large box of blades (about 100 or so) so the blade can be swapped out whenever you want (although it's not required. What makes me really happy is their usefulness in cleaning other scratches). I had a super hard sooty wood stove glass door that I was desperately trying to clean with wood stove glass door cleaner and it occurred to me to try this scraper and this door was EASILY clean in 2 minutes. Granite, windows, EVERYTHING... I mean, you know your finish with the blade is fine before you use it, but this thing is universal - no, I'd even call it essential!
