I bought 2 sets of three for myself and one set for my daughter as she uses mine. Look for the ones that have a little protrusion at the top of the spatula. I think because I bought them a few years ago the names have been changed so I look carefully when I buy them. My latest ones have the word All Win printed on them, but I know there are many brands. They clear up like the wind. No need to rub. Soak in a pot and then use a tea towel. I know I wouldn't want more than 3 in a set as I don't have room for more in my drawer and I'm happy with the 3 piece set. Two bigger and one smaller. I always try not to leave spatulas in a hot pan when cooking on the stove. I ruined some of them with heat. The largest I use for mixing dry ingredients in recipes, and the small one has many uses, particularly for getting the last bit of jelly out of a jar. I've never had a single bend or break since using my cookware judiciously. Remember that a metal spatula cannot be taken out of a soup can. They are quiet in use and I love the feeling when baking or cooking.
