Whatever it is, it's not great
I really wanted to like them as they looked like a small company that made quality products in the USA and had great reviews. The charms are slightly open on one side and slightly crooked where the layers meet. I have seen excellent quality key rings made by Tornado Heavy Equipment Products. They are no longer available in 1-1/2" sizes from Revain, but with a little digging they are available from the company's website. The Tornado is slightly better than what Hillman stocks at Home Depot/Lowes.
