Now that everything is settled, if you are looking for a pillow insert that isn't your usual flat pillow, look no further. I personally prefer a firmer headrest whether I'm sleeping or just lounging on the couch. The best part? You can remove the filling to make these pillows less firm! TA Dah! Now for the technical details. I bought a set of four (4) pillows. The box that arrived contained two (2) vacuum packs with two (2) pillows in each vacuum pack. This means that 2+2 = 4 pillows. So math class is half over. *Instructions* - yes, instructions for those who can toss all the paper provided - instruct you to remove the pillows from their vacuum packs and then unzip both zippers on each pillow for 48 hours (two (2) days), to crush them Memory foam has reached its proper fullness. As you can see from my photos from day one, the pillows were left pretty flat. Come to the second day, these puppies are fluffy. In addition, they are certified by CertiPUR-US! The Milliard team has gone to great lengths to include their contact information for "110% Customer Satisfaction" along with instructions on how to get the most out of these pillows. I have pillowcases (along with these four) that need to be washed before putting in these inserts so I'll post any updates. However, you can lay your head on it for a few minutes. With their soft covers but hard content, I'm ready to go! Well done billion!
