Buy it for a cozy bed

After researching all the self heating mugs, totes and all the expensive high side beds on the market I got this one. I got a sleeping bag honey for my bitch 'cause she burrows. Another small size is similar to the clamshell in the picture. I got this for my cat. Turns out my 40lb 14 month old smart pup can't figure out how to get into a sleeping bag. It's long, with a narrower opening at the end. Even after she gets used to treats and toys, she ends up digging in, turning it over, and laying on it. (This is the same silky smooth faux fur). My ten year old kitten loves it though. I balance him straight like a cup so he can jump in during the day and at night when he's in I turn him on his side so he's warm in the sleeping bag. The house is cold and they both need warmth. My latest theory is that the dog in the bag has gotten too hot. So, she likes the shape of the crib. This is the smallest size and it fits just right. it might even wobble a little. She's a traumatized puppy so she may need to go and feels like she can get away quickly. I keep it on my bed or couch during the day so we can be close when I'm working. At night I then place it on the couch on her Martha Stewart 24 x 24 dog bed at the foot of my bed with an open shell as pictured and a fluffy comforter draped over half the top. She feels safe and secure, can move into the right position (full body contact with the bed) and can watch me go to the toilet in the middle of the night :). The beds are really cheap and she's still a little talkative. The material feels plush and she could chew on the seams with her sharp puppy teeth. So I flipped it and that solved the problem! One bed had a tiny hole in the seam which I just sewed up in a few minutes. She would have enlarged it too quickly! The bottom of both beds has a slightly thicker round shape, so you can work out which side to put on and which top to support. There are no wires in it, but it holds its shape pretty well. But there is no support. My cat has a memory foam bed. I draped it completely with an old lavender faux fur blanket and draped a cup shaped pouch over it during the day and turned it aside as a sleeping bag at night. He loves it and sleeps all night in his two beds right outside my bedroom door. Both babes are too wild to share a bed with my sleeping problems. I will take two more so they both have one with me during the day and can sleep well at night. Moving pet beds is a hassle and at this price I can get two bags of 15 each and two cribs of about 23 each. I don't want to wash them. Other faux fur gets tangled after washing. The charcoal hides the stains and I can see the cleanliness, but to be honest my two little ones are really clean and tidy so I replace every bed every few years, maybe a monthly scrub and a quick fluff in the dryer. Maybe you can wash it, I don't know. But it's so cosy, so warm, so cheap, and so comforting, I won't let the laundry option bother you. These are amazing beds and all good girls and good boys will love them. A word of caution: if your dog or cat is confused or fluffy by the concept of digging, ignore it. You'll love sleeping on it, but everyone deserves a nice, cozy bed. They have different styles. Side note: sometimes I'll put my pup in my bag and we'll spend hours cuddling and talking while we read or watch Netflix. She loves to be held in her arms, kissed, rubbed across her tummy and caressed by that silky fabric and her through it, it's zen for me too :).
