Review on JBL Stage 3527 - 4” Two-way Car Audio Speaker: Enhanced Sound Quality and Clarity by Vinay Kedia ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

Complete disappointment with the brand. I put one speaker in the car for testing, began to wheeze after two weeks. They sound mediocre. Before that, there was a JBL sub for a long time, and so it played perfectly both in frost and in heat, without warming up. He loaded it heavily, the sub did not burn out. Immediately on a conventional radio 13-cm speaker bent. I would not say that the "penny" is worth, I gave 1800 for them, which I am now trying to return back. They played a little worse than the old regular speakers in my Chery, which I consider unacceptable for such a price and brand, now I would not even take them to replace regular grant speakers. The sound is deaf, a bit too high, midbass was, in principle, not bad. Averages appeared as they "warmed up", but of mediocre quality. Verdict - if you take them for 500, then you might think. They don't cost more.

Pros
  • Loud but not for long There is a midbass
Cons
  • Mediocre sound, I expected more, a lot of highs, medium fuzzy, as a "crossover" to the tweeter - an ordinary Chinese capacitor Died 2 weeks later (speaker grunted)
