It is in order. I love that you get many, but these aren't die-cut letters - they're all printed on rectangles. I think as long as you know what you're getting it might not be that bad for you. They don't look as pretty as cut out letters, but they do the job. I kept them because it's a lot more expensive to get the same number of cut letters. Whether they hold up well is yet to be judged. I've put them on plastic water bottles and they're fine now, but I'm not sure when they'll start wearing out (especially if there's condensation).
