The visual interface makes it easy enough so that even non technical people are able understand how things work quickly with this toolset! Also very good support from team members as well when needed - I have had one or two occasions where there was not really anyone available but they did come through eventually once contacted by email (and sometimes called).

We use lenses primarily in our AWS environment which is quite large/complex compared what we used before using lens' toolsets like kafka streams etc., It has made monitoring much simpler than other solutions out of box without having too many dependencies within my setup itself apart form some third party stuffs suchas influxdb / grafana if required at times!
