This is a solid holder and I was impressed at first. However, I have two problems with it. First, the clips holding the phone in place interfere with the Pixel XL's volume buttons. Very bad design! Second (and the reason for the two stars) is the tape that "holds" the glass to the dash. When the sun hits the car and heats up the dashboard, the disc the suction cup is holding detaches from the dashboard and everything falls to the bottom of the car. Most of the tape was left on the dashboard, and some remained on the floor of the car along with the mount and phone while driving. You have built a strong holder. The missing design is annoying. Tearing off the tape means this is NOT A HOLDER, just a holder to hold your phone where it falls in the car.
