Compatible with my phone so that was a big plus. Installation was easy. My neck pain has really decreased which was the main reason for this purchase. I sometimes get complaints that they can barely hear me so on some calls I have to speak up a bit lol and it's a bit awkward with cords. You get used to that though and to be honest it's pretty good for the price. I am happy with my purchase. Also, it comes with a small adhesive hook to remove them from the table, which I like.
